This is a wonderful, smooth and balanced coffee. We roast this coffee to a medium city+ roast which we believe really lets the special qualities of this coffee come through. It is smooth and sweet with a clean aftertaste. You might detect subtle fruitiness and cocoa and perhaps some floral aromatics. This is the type of coffee you just want to drink all day.
